● 大臂下砂口設(shè)有除塵口，可進(jìn)一步去除揮發(fā)的氣味。

The lower arm of the big arm is equipped with a dust removal port, which can further remove the dust in the sand.

● 停機(jī)后機(jī)內(nèi)型砂全部排空，避免型砂硬化后造成清理困難。

After the shutdown, all the molding sａnd inside the machine is emptied to avoid the difficulty of cleaning after molding sａnd hardening.

● 主軸轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)定為中速、攪籠長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)、雙螺旋攪刀布置，使混砂更為均勻。

The spindle speed is set at medium speed, the cage length is longer, and the double helix cutter is arranged to make the sａnd blending more uniform.

● 攪刀鑲有硬質(zhì)合金刀頭，的定位結(jié)構(gòu)，可保證角度裝配準(zhǔn)確，調(diào)節(jié)刀頭長(zhǎng)度時(shí)角度不變。

The stirring knife is inlaid with carbide cutter head.The unique positioning structure ensures that the angle assembly is accurate and the angle remains unchanged when the length of the knife head is adjusted.

● 攪籠內(nèi)襯采用耐磨材料制作，延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命，攪籠采用水平對(duì)開(kāi)式結(jié)構(gòu)，便于鉸刀清理或調(diào)整，操作維修方便。

The inner lining of the stirring cage is made of wear-resistant material,which prolongs the service life of the stirring cage.The horizontal opening structure of the stirring cage is adopted to facilitate the cleaning or adjustment of the cutter, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

● 特殊的粘結(jié)劑加料系統(tǒng)和型砂出料口設(shè)計(jì)，配以精確的控制，混砂機(jī)啟動(dòng)、停止過(guò)程中可實(shí)現(xiàn)基本無(wú)頭尾砂損失。

Special binder feeding system and mold sａnd outlet design,coupled with accurate control,mixer start-up and stop process can achieve basically no tailings loss.

● 混砂機(jī)進(jìn)口處可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要配置新舊砂比例調(diào)節(jié)器，準(zhǔn)確控制新舊砂的出砂量比例，混砂過(guò)程可按預(yù)先調(diào)好的比例進(jìn)行選擇和改變。

The sａnd mixer inlet can be equipped with new and old sａnd proportion regulator according to production needs, and the sａnd production ratio of new and old sａnd can be accurately controlled.

● 各砂料轉(zhuǎn)卸口和型砂出料口都有抽風(fēng)管接至除塵器，改善了作業(yè)環(huán)境。

The sａnd mixing process can be selected and changed according to the pre-adjusted proportion.

● 電氣采用PLC控制，模擬顯示，工作穩(wěn)定可靠，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。

Each sａnd discharge port and the sａnd discharge outlet have air exhausting pipes connected to the dust collector to improve the working environment.

● 大臂和混砂攪籠回轉(zhuǎn)方式根據(jù)要求，有手動(dòng)、機(jī)動(dòng)兩種回轉(zhuǎn)方式，機(jī)動(dòng)方式可實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控。
