樹脂砂再生機(jī)

用途　Use：

主要用于鑄造車間樹脂砂和水玻璃砂的再生。

It is mainly used for regeneration of resin sａnd and sodium silicate sａnd in foundry shop.

特點(diǎn)　Characteristic：

● 舊砂落到高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的拋砂盤上，在離心力的作用下作徑向加速運(yùn)動(dòng)，被拋出的砂子和耐磨擋砂圈及砂粒之間互相撞擊、摩擦，從而使砂粒表面的惰性膜破碎脫落，并和微粉一起經(jīng)抽風(fēng)口排出，達(dá)到再生的效果。

The old sａnd falls on the high-speed rotating sand-throwing tray and accelerates radial movement under the action of centrifugal force.The sａnd thrown out collides and rubs with the wear-resistant sand-retaining ring and sａnd grains,which makes the inert film on the sａnd surface break off and discharges with the fine powder through the air outlet to achieve the effect of regeneration.
